The decor was amazingly OTT and beautiful. We were upgraded to a grand room when we mentioned the initial room was not what we booked. The pool, although cold, was enjoyable. Most of the staff were lovely and made our stay memorable. Close proximity to train station and a pedestrianised walkway to itchan Kala, allowing for daily trips.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close enough to the city center but still peaceful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and seating area. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom were superb. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. I was impressed by the courteous and helpful staff, who arranged a taxi for me without any hassle.
